I got married in February this year, thankfully right before COVID19 took the world by the storm. Since then my husband and I have been searching for our perfect home. As they say, buying a house is every couple’s dream in India, and so is ours. We wish to own a place where we can spend our lives together with our family. Buying a dream house is more like an emotion than a mere transaction.

I’m a Bangalorean and my husband is from Mumbai. 7 years ago he had shifted to Bangalore for official work on a temporary basis. Within one year of staying in the city, he decided to settle for the rest of his life in the Garden city, as he was awestruck with the lovely weather and greenery here.

Having spent my childhood in Malleshwaram, I wished to stay in a part of the city that possesses the old town vibes despite urbanization. After months of research on finding the right developer and property, we chose House of Hiranandani. We love how their construction is centred around people and not automobiles. Walking paths, pedestrian zones is at the centre of the development. Apart from focusing on the roads, they have paid special attention to the pavements and walkways. WIth an attention to detail in the construction and placement of buildings with the right amount of space between towers and greenery spread around it, the townships carry a perfect balance between development and open green spaces. 

Searching and buying the perfect home takes a lot of time and investment. This property by House of Hiranandani offers one of the best rates for a luxury apartment. 2BHK’s start from Rs 82 Lakh onwards and  3BHK’s start from Rs 1.11cr onwards. The apartments in this property have a 3% rental yield potential as well.

With expansive green spaces and landscaping, I have already been tempted to live in  this project. All apartments in this project are thoughtfully planned and well-ventilated. They are east west facing with ample natural light. There is a deck area for each apartment’s living room. The apartments in the first 7 floors provide scenic views of either of the amenities that include  the central podium, swimming pool & club house or outdoor sports amenities or the city view. 

We instantly fell in love with the grand entrance lobby. Select apartments in Codename Milestone are two sides open that provide excellent space within apartments even after placing the furniture. There are absolutely no apartments that overlooks into each other. In the 3BHKs there are two balconies and the 2.5BHKs almost feel like 3BHKs with the 3rd room about 120 sq. ft.

We were also thinking of buying a land and building a house from scratch, but due to increasing space shortage in Bangalore, it is difficult to find such space in an area of our choice. Also, the expertise and professionalism with which House of Hiranandani projects is rare to find elsewhere.  Therefore, we decided to buy our house in Codename Milestone. We are waiting for the moment when we shift there and sit in our balcony enjoying the magnificent view of the greens around us while sipping on our chai.
